Determination and Faith within YOURSELF is all you need!

So, I was out of commission for one full week due to a respiratory infection! I had an EXPO and race in less than 7 days! I was going CrAzY because I couldn't run, train or do anything! The doctor told me to rest and not to over exert myself! Yeah, OK! But, doc said if I wake up the day of the event and can breath, I can run!

The weekend of the event. . . I got up, put on my DiRTY ReD gear and headed to the event! Needless to say, I completed my first duathlon strong and with a smile! I heard I may have placed!

August is all about determination and faith within "yourself"! We have to continue to empower ourselves in order to conquer and complete our health and fitness goals! Oh, and look good doing it too! Check us out at www.dirtyredgear.com!

For my competition, I wore the DiRTY ReD "scrunch"! bra and running shorts! It was VERY comfortable and not once did I have to worry about my gear! It dried quickly and fit GREAT!

. . . As women, for the most part, I find that we become the "Doer of Others" . . . Think for a moment of "Oneself", being the "Doer for Oneself". I don't mean treating yourself to that 'one' spa day . . . go deeper, more permenant . . .
