You have to take the good with the bad and the bad with the good. . .either way, ladies . . . take it like a woman and you will turn out to be ALRIGHT!
I just finished my first 1/2 marathon of the year. It did not turn out the way I expected but I finished! I had a great time meeting A LOT of new ladies at the AFC 1/2 marathon Fitness Expo and was so motivated to run the following day! I have to admit that I am not Wonder Woman but I looked better than Wonder Women in my DiRTY ReD gear! Ha haaa!
