"T" Time in October!

October already!?!
Do you know what's "scarey" about Halloween??
It marks the next 3 months that seem to mesh all
together and it is non-stop! It's what I call, "Holiday
prep and party mode" and that is when everything
that is good, disappears, especially calories! Next
thing you know we come out on the other side about
3-7 lbs not so happy.
First, it's prep-time for Halloween...costumes, baking, parties,

and of course, candy, candy, candy! Okay so you make
it through pretty good, then... three weeks later, it's prep-time
for Turkey Day! Those delicious baked goods, pies, cookies and
candy...not to mention some fine wines and wonderful food.
Whew! Survived that thought?
Then, the Mother Load.....!
Three weeks later, it's prep-time for Santa (or whatever you do).

Guess what...relatives, get togethers and there are more baked
goods, pies, cakes, cookies and candy along with that delicious
wine and food all over AGAIN!
Scared yet?! It's only the beginning of October , ladies....!
Keep it real gals! As always, start with you and continue your
workouts with more intensity, eating the best you can
NOW, and taking more T time for yourself.
