Now, I have to tell you that DiRTY ReD does not believe in resolutions but we do believe in goal setting and maintaining an active life style “in style”! Talk about getting out there! Betty, Jen and Misty just got back from the Huff 50K Ultra marathon in Huntington, Indiana! Your eyes are not tricking you, I typed out 50K NOT 5K (3.2 miles)! Betty, Jen and Misty took seventh, eighth and nineth place overall female category, running a time of 5 hours and 22 minutes and it was MUDDY!
So, the next time you are wondering if you can do that 5 or 10K, remember TEAM DiRTY ReD Indiana and get moving! Oh my goodness, what more motivation do you need! Let’s Go! Let’s Get Out There!
