RETURN AND EXHCHANGE POLICY

WHaT YoU CaN EXCHaNGe or ReTuRN:
DiRTY ReD guarantees all products we manufacture and sell at our online store to be free from defects of workmanship. If you are unsatisfied with the fit, quality, color, or size of an item you may return it and choose an item in another size or color.
Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return. Return or exchange must be done within 45 days of purchase.
EXCHANGE:
If you would like to exchange merchandise purchased from the DiRTY ReD Online Store for a different size or color please follow these instructions.
You are responsible for return postage. We encourage you to use priority mail or a carrier that uses tracking numbers, as we will not be responsible for lost packages.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for receipt and processing of your return. Once your credit is processed, a copy of the credit memo will be mailed to your billing address.
